RISK ANALYSIS

Risk analysis is always the first step in this process, no matter whether the issue is the audit of an existing building of the design or a new building.  Two important aspects will be considered:

• The building itself (kind, occupancy, location, access roads, accessibility, occupancy of nearby facilities, rail road, gas pipes, ...)

• The fire load of the rooms (type, function, combustibility or fire-resistance of used or planned, ...)
