TRAINING COURSE RISK ANALYSES |
The objective of this course is to familiarize the participants with the basic principles of risk analysis and to provide the participants the necessary skills by means of a case study.
The methodology is congruent with the methodology followed by SCOPE for conducting risk analyses. The approach was developed in collaboration with the university of Louvain (KU Leuven).
Contents
Definitions and role of risk analyses within risk management.
- Risk identification
- Risk evaluation
- Case study
The course can be given in condensed format in one day or in one and half day with case study.
Two and a half days are required for a more indepth approach, linked to the organization (including case study).
The training courses are custom-made for the client and can be given either at the client's facility or at a SCOPE training location.
